The Parts

And that’s the hard part about this all. The ups. The downs. The ebbs and the flows.

The daily—and sometimes, moment to moment—shifts in perspective, shifts in mindset, shifts in heartset.


Finding permission to remove a cloak of perfection and accept and sit in all parts of the Self that arise.


The parts that lead to fear, the parts that lead to anger, the parts that lead to hurt, pain, aloneness, and discomfort.

The parts that draw out vulnerability, the parts that lean in to insecurity, that parts that trigger grief, heartache, anxiety, and loss.

The parts that lead you to question if what you’re doing is enough.

The parts that lead you to question if you—like other—need to capitalize, take advantage, need to pivot.

The parts that lead you to question if surrender is what is meant for you.

The parts that tell you to let go of expectation of Self, expectation of knowing, expectation of outcome.

The parts that seek change, value growth, and welcome transformation.

The parts that tell you to abandon ego, and lean in to truth.

The parts that value your you-ness, as it emerges, anew.

The parts that tell you you are enough, this is where you are meant to be.

The parts that tell you you are experiencing everything as you are meant to.


Relinquishing control.

Leaning in to uncertainty, unfamiliarity, and unknown.


It is here, within, you choose to simply honour all thoughts and emotions as they arise.


This is exactly where you are meant to be.

This is exactly what you are meant to be experiencing.

This is exactly how you are meant to feel, to navigate, to doubt, to consider, to expand.


Lean in to all that is present.

It is as it is meant to be.
